2006 Island Style Classic
U.S. Windsurfing Masters/Seniors North American Championships

The 2006 Island Style Classic will host the US Windsurfing Masters/Seniors North American Championship on February 25 AND 26 in Sarasota, Florida. Island Style Watersports is sponsoring the event and the Sarasota Sailing Squadron at Ken Thompson Park will be the host.

The US Windsurfing kick-off event of the 2006 season will be a great tune up opportunity for the Calema Midwinters held the following weekend at Kelly Park in Merritt Island. We expect to see windy conditions on Sarasota Bay. We will have Formula, Formula Experience, Prodigy and Open classes as well as a long distance race. The long distance course will be dependent upon weather conditions and if time allows.
